Important Payment & Refund Policy
Please read carefully before making payment.
Once payment is made, the payment is non-refundable if the information provided by you is incorrect, incomplete, or misplaced.
If we are unable to complete the requested work or service from our side, your payment will be refunded within 5–6 working days.
After successful payment, we will complete your order within 24 hours.
Please make sure that all information provided in the order form is correct and complete before submitting your order.
By making payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the above terms.
Before processing starts
You may request cancellation before we begin processing or submit the request to a third-party provider. If no work or provider charge has started, we will review the request for a refund of the eligible amount.
After processing starts
Once a request has been submitted, a provider lookup has started, or work has been completed, the order is generally not refundable because time or third-party charges may already have been used.
A refund is not normally available when incorrect or incomplete customer information prevents fulfilment, a customer does not provide required details, or an external authority or provider rejects information supplied by the customer.
Failed or duplicate payments
If payment was completed but the order was not created, or if you were charged twice for the same order, contact us promptly with the payment reference and WhatsApp number used for the order. We will check the transaction and explain the available resolution.
How to request help
Send the service name, order details, payment reference, and reason for the request to WhatsApp or email. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. Processing time can depend on the payment provider.
Service limitations
Cybercafe 247 provides document assistance and digital service processing. We do not guarantee approval, correction, or delivery timelines controlled by an external authority or provider.
